新加坡人口变动及其成因分析

摘要：

本文利用新加坡的历史人口数据,对新加坡人口变动状况及其成因进行了分析。结果发现生育政策的调整是造成新加坡人口增长变动和结构变动的重要原因之一,移民政策是20世纪80年代之后新加坡人口增长的主要动力。作为一个与中国有着相似文化传统、人口发展过程也有诸多相似之处的国家,新加坡人口变动的历史经验无疑值得我们去深思。

Using the historical data of Singapore population,this article analyzes the change and its causes of Singapore population. The results show that fertility policy adjustment is one of the main cause of Singapore population growth change and structure change,meanwhile,immigration policy is the main engine for Singapore population growth after the 1980s. China is a country that has similar cultural tradition and many similarities in the process of population development with Singapore. Therefore,it is undoubtedly that the historical experience of Singapore population change worth us to ponder.
