北京近年涉外婚姻状况研究

摘要：

近年来随着涉外结婚数量的不断增多,北京逐渐跻身我国涉外婚姻密集地区之列。基于2004~2011年北京婚姻登记数据的分析表明,北京近年的涉外婚姻依然具有中国早期涉外婚姻所表现出的外嫁婚为主、再婚者比例偏高、外嫁婚夫妇年龄差偏大等特点,但不平衡的状况已经有了很大改善。此外,涉外婚姻者普遍学历较高,"高知组合"占有较大比重。针对离婚数据的分析显示,尽管北京近年的涉外离婚量和离结率均有显著提高,但与国内离婚情况相比仍处于较低水平,"闪离"现象也并不普遍。总体而言,北京近年的涉外婚姻所展示出的特点和变动趋势是积极的;随着我国经济社会的持续发展,涉外婚姻也将进一步走向理性和平等。

Along with the increase of the cross-nation marriages in recent years,Beijing has gradually ranked itself among the regions with intensive cross-nation marriages in China. The analysis based on 2004-2011 Beijing marriage registration data shows that,cross-nation marriages in recent Beijing still possess the features once characterized Chinese early cross-nation marriages, such as more mainland females marrying overseas males and larger age gap between the couples,and more remarried persons among the correspondents. However,the situation has been improved a lot in the case of Beijing. Moreover,well-educated couples account for a high proportion in Beijing. On the other hand,although both the amount of divorce and the ratio of divorce to marriage rise significantly in recent years,the levels are still low as compared to those of domestic divorce,and the phenomenon of "lightning divorce" is not common either. In sum,the characteristics and changing trend demonstrated by Beijing cross-nation marriages are somewhat positive. Along with the continuous development of China,there should be more rationality and equality in the cross-nation marriages.
