By effective analyzing 279 1 pieces of questionnaires of migrant workers returning home for business of Henan, Shanxi and Chongqing three cities in 2011, and using Logistic econometric model, from the perspective of social capital and human capital in center-west region, this paper aims to study the problem of migrant workers returning home for business in Middle-west China.The results show that:Although human capital including age, education level, health status, entrepreneurial skills training and other factors, and social capital containing the entrepreneurial projects, business policy, business forms, channels of raising funds and other factors in the migrant workers returning home for business effect is distinct, at present, in Middle-west China human capital and social capital are still short of supplies in the migrant workers returning home entrepreneurial process.Its policy implication is:continue to deepen western development strategy, increase migrant workers returning home entrepreneurial support, and create a fair and effective entrepreneurship environment.
