In the equal external environment, the study is attempted to use literature, questionnaire and interview methods to explore determinants of the competitive power of college graduates in employment, so as to provide the theoretical foundation to construct evaluation system of the competitive power of the college graduates in employment, which can evaluate the competitive power of the college graduates employment. This system also provide employment information for students, urge them to concern about industry situation and the change in the requirements for graduates, help them better own their career plans, earlier consider their own development, learning contents and clear direction in the professional terms.
