"两型社会"背景下长株潭人才开发的重点与对策

摘要：

本文首先对长株潭城市群人才开发与"两型社会"建设需要的适应性进行分析, 由此确立"两型社会"背景下长株潭城市群人才开发的重点任务, 最后提出创新人才开发机制、调整人才结构、加强区域人才合作、完善人才开发保障体系等对策建议。

The paper first analyzes the adaptability between the talented resource development and the need of "two-types society" construction, then established the key tasks of talented resource development under the background of "two-types society" construction in ChangZhuTan. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions in the innovation of the talented resource development mechanism, adjustment of the talented resource structure to cooperate, to consummate safeguard system of the talented resource development and so on.
