农民工职业流动歧视及对收入影响的实证分析

摘要：

本文利用CHIP2002年的数据,分析了农民工与城镇职工职业流动的不同特点,以及个人特征对两个群体职业流动的不同影响。和城镇职工相比,农民工的职业流动性要远远大于城镇居民。运用BOC因素分解模型的结果表明,除了个人特征外,在农民工与城镇职工流动率全部差异中有高达86.63%的部分不可由个人特征解释,表明歧视性因素是导致农民工职业流动频繁的重要因素。研究还发现,职业流动对农民工的收入具有正效应。

According to the data of the CHIP 2002, the article has analyzed the difference between the occupational mobility of migrant workers and that of urban workers, as well as the different impact of individual characteristic on the occupational mobility of the two groups.Compared with urban workers' professional fluidity, migrant workers' must be much bigger.Using the BOC factor decomposition model, the analysis indicates that, besides individual characteristic, as high as 86.63% of the whole differences between the rates of occupational mobility of two groups can not be explained by the personal characteristics, and that it is the prejudice factor that attributes mostly to the frequency of migrant workers'occupational mobility.The research also discovers that the occupational mobility of migrant workers has a positive effect on their income.
