未定价值评价法在人力资源价值评估中的应用

摘要：

本文重点分析未定价值评价法在人力资源价值评估中的应用原理和实际操作步骤, 试图提出一种更能准确全面地评价人力资源价值的非货币价值计量方法, 从而更加有效地推动企业和其他组织的人力资源开发和管理工作。

Human resources valuation is an important work in management of all kinds of enterprises or organizations, it is also a core part of long sustainable development of enterprises and other organizations. This paper focuses on applied principles and empirical operation steps of contingent valuation method in human resources valuation, and tries to put forward an effective and all-out human resources valuation method to improve the performance of human resources development.
