经济危机对我国劳动力就业的影响分析

摘要：

本文详细分析在世界经济危机背景下我国劳动力市场供求的变动状况, 对G.阿洛格斯科夫提出的模型进行改进, 并通过该模型分析了由于经济危机所引起的经济增速下降、物价下降、进出口总额下降等对我国就业的影响。最后, 提出缓解我国当前就业问题的对策建议。

This paper analyses the changes in supply and demand of China's labor market under the background of the world economic recession. Then, this paper improves the George Alogoskoufis model. Through the model, this paper analyses the impact on employment due to the decreasing in economic growth, the drop in commodity prices and the declining in the volume of import and export caused by the economic crisis. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the employment problem in China.
