论中国建立可就业能力国家框架的重要性

摘要：

本文在介绍英美等国家在国民可就业能力研究成果的基础上,分析我国建立国民可就业能力国家框架的可行性,探讨建立我国国民可就业能力国家框架的基本思路。

This paper is trying to working out a national framework of employability skills for our country based on studies of national frameworks of USA, UK and etc.It also aims at calling for the attention of the government to the framework.
