Based on an analysis of the characteristics of China's cultural creative industry and qualified personnel for it, it is pointed out that the lack of qualified creative personnel is the bottleneck constraining the development of China's cultural creative industry.Therefore, in the short run, enterprises should innovate their human resource management system making greater effort to enroll and cultivate more qualified people, and encouraging more to embark on the business, thus realizing constitutional balance of qualified personnel in this industry.Of course, the long-run development depends on reforming current education system and qualified people cultivation mechanism, strengthening education of creative people, proving the industry with more qualified people of higher quality, ensuring sound and fast development of creative industry.
