流动人口社会保险参与情况影响因素的分析—基于福建省六城市的调查

摘要：

本文利用2006年在福建省进行的一项抽样调查数据,从城市、企业和流动人口三个层次考察流动人口社会保险参与情况的影响因素。结果显示,城市社会政策是影响社会保险情况的显著因素;企业特征对流动人口社会保险参与情况的影响比较模糊,不具有明显的规律性;流动人口个人特征在一定程度上对其参加社会保险情况造成影响,但其就业的稳定程度并不是显著的影响因素。论文最后探讨了研究结果的政策意义。

Based on data of a sample survey carried out in Fujian in 2006, the paper probes into influencing factors for floating population's participation in social security from three angles, namely city, enterprise and floating population. The result shows that urban social policy is the main factor influencing floating population's participation in social security. Enterprise characteristic has a rather indistinct impact on that and shows no evident regularity. Personal characteristics of float ing population have effect on part icipation in social security to a certain degree, but the degree of stability of employment is not a notable influencing factor. In last part, the paper made a study of policy meaning of the research result.
