Taking the elderly with disabilities in Beijing as example, the paper states that the elderly with disabilities in China has manifold identif icat ions including age, physical disabilities and gender etc. The mult-i identificat ion demonstrates the cross-group or mult-i group demand of the elderly with disabilities; however the current single group social policy fails to meet the superposed demand of mult-i identification group. Therefore, it is proposed that social policy should establish principles of acceptance, extension, priority and integration based on the perspective of mult-i identification, concrete proposals on improvement of laws on senior citizens, the handicapped and women are also put forward in the paper.
