发达国家人口管理办法对我国的启示与思考

摘要：

在介绍发达国家人口管理办法的基础上, 从管理体制与方法、人口信息登记、人口迁移与流动人口管理等角度总结了我国与发达国家在人口管理上的差异, 最后提出了发达国家人口管理经验对我国的启示以及完善我国人口管理的思考。

Focusing on introducing population management measures that were taken in developed countries, the paper summarizes differences between population management of China and developed countries in terms of management system and methods, population information registration, population movement and flowing population management, which lead to the inspirat ion that we could draw from populat ion management of developed countries and the reflection of opt imizing China's populat ion management.
