国际妇女移民的行业分布特征及其政策启示

摘要：

从社会性别视角出发, 通过对当前国际妇女移民的规模、移民主要途径、行业分布特征的分析, 阐述了国际妇女移民行业分布特征对其权益保护的影响, 在此基础上, 从提高认识、扩大宣传、加强培训、完善服务四个角度对我国现行的境外就业管理提出政策建议。

The paper, taking the angle of social gender and through analyzing the scale, main path and characteristics of industrial distribution of international women migrants, expounds the impact of characteristics of industrial distribution of international women migrants on protection of their rights, Based on the above analysis, the paper sets forth advice on China's current overseas employment management policies in terms of increasing awareness, promoting propaganda, strengthening training and optimizing service.
