北京产业结构与劳动力就业互动关系的解析

摘要：

产业结构与就业的变动对一个地区国民经济的健康发展至关重要, 本文总结了改革开放以来北京产业结构及就业结构的变化, 分析了其演变趋势。同时引入就业弹性分析了三次产业结构变动对就业变动的影响, 并阐述了北京农村劳动力转移过程中的问题。最后, 对北京劳动力就业结构的优化调整提出了相关政策建议。

Changes of industrial structure and employment are of great importance to the sound development of nat ional economy for any region. The paper summarizes the changes in Beijing's industrial structure and employment structure since the reform and opening up and analyses their evolution trend. The paper also analyses the impact of the three changes of industrial structure on employment referring to the theory of elasticity of employment and elaborates on the problems arose in rural labor force migration in Beijing and puts forward advice on policies of optimizing labor force employment structure in Beijing.
