居住证管理在我国大城市人口管理中作用的探讨

摘要：

在市场经济关于劳动要素自由流动的内在要求下,对流动人口实行居住证管理既是我国户籍制度的一项重大进步,也是现阶段我国大城市的一种现实选择。但居住证的功能应符合我国经济不断发展和社会不断进步的需要。

According to the inherent requirement of free movement of labor factors, the implementation of residence permit management of floating population represented both a great stride in China's Hukou System and the realistic choice for the metropolis under current situation. However, the functions of residence permit should meet the demand of China's fast developing economy and society.
