The survey done in Wuhan, Huangshi, and Guangshui found that floating population has little knowledge of China family planning policy and the ways of its implementation.This may be one of the major elements that have negative impact on the implementation of family planning for floating population. In terms of management and related service, research shows that floating population has some certain preferences.This paper argues that population and family planning administrative agencies should adjust or improve their management and service to meet floating population.s different demands.
