我国知识失业的成因与对策分析

摘要：

知识失业是我国目前存在的较为严重的社会问题之一,对经济社会发展和个人生活产生了十分不利的影响。本文从供给与需求的角度进行分析,认为知识失业产生的原因既有知识劳动力供给与需求总量的矛盾,又有知识劳动力供给和需求结构的错位。针对知识失业的成因,文章提出一些治理知识失业的对策。

Educated-unemploymentis one of the serious social problems, which has negative effect on social and people's private life.This paper analyzes this phenomenon from the angle of supply and demand.The main reasons lie in both the contradiction in total amount and disturbance in the structure between supply and demand.In the end, some countermeasures to eliminate it are put forward.
