效率条件决定的自然失业率:一个模型

摘要：

为扩展效率工资理论以更好地解释自然失业率, 本文建立一个同时考虑到绝对工资、相对工资、失业率和监督成本等影响因素的、具有均衡解的理论模型。该模型以工人对失业、工资和监督的重视程度等几个特征值为依托, 显示了自然失业率的决定机制及实践含义。

In order to develop Efficiency Wages Theory and explain NUR better, the paper establishes a theoretical model with equilibrium solution, including the influences of absolute wage, relative wage, unemployment rate and consult cost at the same time.The model shows the determining mechanism of NUR and its practical meanings, relying on several characteristic values such as unemployment, wage and consult which workers pay attention to.
