女性MBA毕业生职业生涯障碍因素的调查分析

摘要：

研究采用问卷调查的方法,揭示出女性MBA毕业生与男性相比,在职业生涯发展方面确实存在更多的障碍因素,而且不同背景的女性MBA毕业生对职业生涯障碍因素的感受程度不同。文章建议个人、企业和社会客观认识并采取有效措施降低女性职业生涯发展方面的障碍因素。

The method of questionmair survey is adopted to reveal that there are many barriers towards female MBA graduates on career aspects, comparing with male MBA graduates. However, Female MBA graduates with different backgrounds have different feelings towards career barriers. The paper suggests that personal organization, enterprise and government should notice and adopt efficient strategies to reduce these barriers.
