摘要：

本文在深入调查街道 (社区)用工情况和需求的基础上, 分析就业情况, 把握用工需求, 为各类求职人员转变就业观念以及各方加强就业引导, 从而缓解就业压力提出对策和建议。

Based on deeply investigating labor supply and demand among communities, the essay analyzes employment situation and demand. The essay proposes some suggestions that attempt to change employment idea, strengthen employment instruction, and alleviate employment pressure.
