农民工社会养老保险政策的比较分析

摘要：

本文分析了国内有关农民工社会养老保险的政策,比较了这些政策的异同,指出这些政策并不适合农民工流动性大的特点,不能从制度上保证农民工社会养老保险关系的有效衔接,有的甚至还带有一定的剥夺性,就此笔者提出了改进办法。

The present paper analyzed the policies about social pension plan for the labors out-migrated from the rural, compared the differences and the sameness among these policies, pointed out that these policies are not adaptive to the labors out-migrated from the rural, and can't ensure the smooth continuing of their pension. The paper is concluded with some suggestions.
