论中国的对外贸易发展战略与剩余劳动力转移

摘要：

在中国建国后的工业化进程中,剩余劳动力转移过程有着比较独特的特点,对外贸易战略的选择是造成这种特点的主要原因之一。而国际经验也表明,制成品出口导向型的贸易战略对加速剩余劳动力的转移最为有效。因此,在中国当前仍然面临严峻的剩余劳动力转移问题,只有在开放经济的背景下,采用深化比较优势的发展战略,才能加速工业化和剩余劳动力转移的进程。

During the process of industrialization since Chinaps foundation, the transfer of labor surplus has had particular characteristics, which are dependent on choosing different foreign trade strategies. The international experiences indicate that the manufactured products export orientated strategies have gained excellent performance in accelerating the transfer of labor surplus. Now China is still facing severe labor surplus problem. Only in the context of open economy, to make a conclusion, we should unswerving hold on the foreign trade strategy based our comparative advantage so as to accelerate the transfer of labor surplus and the industr-ialization.
