农村城市化过程中促进转居农民就业的对策研究

摘要：

转居农民是对城市化过程中的农民的一种称谓,一纸户口变换并不能解决农民进城后的就业和保障问题,因此,如何从战略高度充分认识并力争促进转居农民就业问题的实现是本论文的研究重点。

Urbanized peasants denotes the original peasants who are now registered as city residents with the urbanization. However, the problems resulted from the employment and social security of such people can't be resolved by the household registration change. This paper focuses on how to understand and promote the urbanized peasants' employment from the strategy perspective.
