中国人力资源能力建设刍议

摘要：

人力资源能力建设作为促进社会经济发展的一个新思路,一经提出便引起了世界各国的广泛关注。本文在介绍人力资源能力建设内涵的基础上,阐述了我国开展人力资源能力建设的重要意义,并结合我国社会经济发展的实际,提出了我国开展人力资源能力建设的对策建议。

How to deal with the human resource capacity building is a new view to boost socioeconomic development,drawing wide attentions from many countries soon after the view was proposed.With the introduction of human resource'capacity building meaning,this paper inter prets the importance of human resource capacity building in China.Considering the real situation of socioeconomic development,the paper makes some suggestions to promote human resource capacity building in China.
