北京投资结构调整与劳动产业流动分析

摘要：

调整产业投资结构,转变城市功能,发展适合北京特点的第三产业,促进了劳动力由第一产业和第二产业向第三产业流动。本文就这一流动进行了量化分析。

To adjudge investment structure among industries, to transform city functions, and to develop third industry to fit the characteristics of Beijing, can facilitate the labor force flow from first and second industry to third industry.This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the flow.
