西部大开发中的人口与环境问题

摘要：

西部地区是相对贫困、生态环境脆弱的地区,实施西部大开发战略必将遇到贫困、人口压力和生态环境恶化之间的矛盾,以及开发、发展与环境破坏之间的矛盾,如何解决这类两难问题,是西部大开发的关键问题。本文就此作了探讨并提出了对策和建议。

West China is a relatively poor area with damageable entironment.The strategy of developing West China certainly will encounter with the conflicts among poverty, pressure from the big population size and entironment worsening, and the conflicts between development and breakage of entironment. How to deal with the dilemma is a key issue in developing West China.This paper explores this issue and makes corresponding suggestions.
