政府、企业和家庭在成都市下岗女工的社会支持网络中的作用

摘要：

本文运用经济支持、再就业支持和感情支持三个指标,分析了在我国体制转型时期,政府、企业和家庭在下岗女工的社会支持网络中的地位和作用。根据成都市的实际情况,每个指标采用几个变量进行比较分析。这些指标和变量较准确地反映了成都市下岗女工的社会支持网络及下岗女工在寻求社会支援时的社会关系选择意向。文章研究结果表明,政府和企业在下岗女工的社会支持网络中的作用很低,家庭网络的作用较大,并且,在家庭网络中,亲缘关系的作用最弱。

Three indices (economic support, re-employment support, and emotional support)are used in this paper to analyze the status and roles of governments, erterprises and families in social support networks of laid-off women during the system transformation.Fitting actual situations in Chengdu, each index is expressed by several variables.These indices and variables exactly reflect social supporting networks of the laid-off women and the tendency of choosing social relationships when they seek help.The results of this study show that laid-off women get less help from governments and enterprises than from familial networks.Kinship is the weakest one among familial networks.
