At present, the problem of social security is in hot debate.It is very important to set up a system of social security suitable to the social market economy and the basic condition of our country and make it to be perfect.It will not only have effect on the further reformation of China's economic system but also influence upon the stability of our society.This article analyzes these questions and holds that China's social security should keep moderate degree, give consideration to the equity, regard the real problem as a leading role and pay attention to the influence of special cultural psychology.
