解决独生子女父母年老后养老问题应遵循的原则及对策建议

摘要：

当前,中国第一代 (即指 70年代率先响应计划生育号召的一代)独生子女父母即将跨入老年。由于其当初的生育选择曾受到生育政策的限制,他们的养老问题能否得到妥善处理就成为关系到社会的安定团结及今后人口控制能否顺利实现的关键问题。本文探讨了解决该问题时应遵循的原则,在此基础上提出了独生子女父母年老后的养老对策。

At the present, the first generation of Chinese Only Child's Parents are going to be aging.Because their bearing choice were greatly restricted, now the question of whether the provision for them can be successfully handled becomes the key issue relating to the society's stability and unity and the population control.This paper explores the principles of solving this question and put forward some countermeasures of providing for the aged Only Child's Parents.
