社会化:养老事业发展的必然趋势—青岛市老年人入住社会养老机构需求的调查

摘要：

人口老龄化对养老事业的发展提出了新的挑战,当前,在养老机构尚不完善的情况下,不同状况的老年人对养老机构的条件提出了不同的要求。尽管受到观念意识、经济条件、家庭情况的制约,但是走社会化养老的道路已成为一种必然的趋势,从长计议应加强社会养老机构的建设,满足老年人日益增长的入住需求。

The aging of population has challenged to the development of undertakings of providing for the aged.Under the conditions of the aged supporting organizations still being imperfect, old age persons have different demands for the organizations of providing for aged.Although being restricted by the ideology, economic conditions and the family situation, the socializing way of suporting the aged has become an inexorable trend.From the long point of view, the more public organizations of providing the aged should be established, in order to meet the increasingly needs of the aged.
