关于渐进式延迟退休年龄政策的研究综述

摘要：

在新的宏观经济背景下,延迟退休年龄的研究重点已经不再局限于简单的是非判断问题,而是更加关注日后政策制定以及政策评估的有效性问题。本文基于政策过程的视角,对现有文献中关于延迟退休年龄政策制定的现实阻力、政策效应以及备选方案等进行回顾,以期对进一步的理论研究以及政策实践提供参考。下一步,需要寻找更广泛的学科切入点,更加深入研究配套制度改革,在研究态度上则需要更加理性、包容。

Under the new macroeconomic background, the study on the postponing statutory retirement age is no longer limited to the simple question, but more concerned about the future policy formulation and policy evaluation of the effectiveness of the problem. Based on the perspective of policy process, this paper reviews the current literature on the real resistance of postponing statutory retirement age, policy effects and options, etc., in order to provide a reference for further theoretical research and policy practice. Next, they need to find a wider range of disciplines, a more in-depth study of the supporting system reform, and the attitude of the study needs to be more rational, inclusive.
