Under the new macroeconomic background, the study on the postponing statutory retirement age is no longer limited to the simple question, but more concerned about the future policy formulation and policy evaluation of the effectiveness of the problem. Based on the perspective of policy process, this paper reviews the current literature on the real resistance of postponing statutory retirement age, policy effects and options, etc., in order to provide a reference for further theoretical research and policy practice. Next, they need to find a wider range of disciplines, a more in-depth study of the supporting system reform, and the attitude of the study needs to be more rational, inclusive.
