To promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become the important strategic task of China's economic development. But the large gap of economic development is sit ill with the realization of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional strategic target. Labor is one of the important inputs, analyzing the effects of labor migration on economic growth and regional disparities has important practical significance. Based on the modeling principle of computable general equilibrium(CGE) model and parameter estimation method, we analyze the effects of labor mobility on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic growth and regional disparities by using GAMS program. The results show that the labor mobility promoted the regional economic growth of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, narrowed the gap of per capita consumption level, but the difference of regional per capita GDP is not obviously improved.
