机构养老服务效率研究——以厦门市为例

以厦门市为研究对象,在文献回顾的基础上,选取4个投入变量和3个产出变量对该市28家养老机构进行数据包络分析(DEA),考察了机构养老服务的综合效率和规模效率情况,并运用Spearman等级相关分析和秩和检验,对养老服务效率与质量以及其他影响因素进行了筛查,通过拟合Tobit模型,发现养老机构的固定资产总值和是否隶属于医院等质量因素对机构养老服务效率产生负向影响。在此基础上,对我国的机构养老政策和发展方向提出意见和建议。

This study investigates 28 nursing homes in Xiamen, By means of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), the efficiency was first assessed through 4 input and 3 output variables. In the second stage analysis, Spearman's rank correlation and the Mann-Whitney tests of hypothesis to the efficiency scores were applied to select what are the factors that affect efficiency, then followed by Tobit regressions to fit the quality factors, we find that, the efficiency is negatively correlated with the total value of fixed assets and whether it is affiliated to hospital. Based on that, some suggestions are put forward to help the development of nursing homes in China.
