新生代农民工精神健康状况及影响因素研究

摘要：

本文利用"珠三角"农民工的问卷数据,分析了新生代农民工的精神健康状况及其影响因素,发现其精神健康欠佳。影响因素中仅有迁移感受和工厂体制有显著影响,社会支持的影响消失,这与国家、地方政府、资本共同编织的"流动的劳动力体制"有关。推动新生代农民工市民化进程,驱除其流动性,促进城市融入、工作权益的保护和社会支持网络的完善,是有效提升其精神健康的关键。

According to the data of new generation migrant workers in Pearl River Delta,the article has analyzed the new generation migrant workers' mental health and its impact factors.The results showed that they have poor mental health.There are different points from previous studies,only the migration experience and the factory regime has significant effect,the social support has no significant effect.The reason is that the state,local government,capital constructs the "migrant labor regime",which results in their poor mental health.From the institutional level to promote migrant workers' citizenship and get rid of their fluidity,is effective to enhance their mental health.
