当前我国新生代农民工的"新"状况

摘要：

本文利用流动人口动态监测调查数据分析了新生代农民工的特征,澄清了当前社会对新生代农民工的一些不正确的认识,考察了新生代农民工的未来愿景。结果表明,新生代农民工问题没有发生本质上的变化,但他们需要一个新的未来。文章最后给出了解决新生代农民工问题的政策建议。

The article uses the survey data about dynamic monitoring of the floating population to analysis the characteristics of the new generation farmer-turned migrant workers. Next some incorrect general ideas on this subject are clarified. And then future vision of the new generation farmer-turned migrant workers is investigated. The results indicate that the basic situation of different generation farmer-turned migrant workers has no essential change and there are no substantial breakthroughs in many important issues. At the end, we attempt to give the corresponding policy recommendations to solve the problem.
