经济视角下未成年人生命价值动态计算与研究

摘要：

生命价值一直以来都是学术界的研究热点,但国内外学者鲜见对未成年人生命价值的关注。本文从经济学视角对未成年人的概念进行了重新界定,在人力资本法的基础上,运用投入产出法对其生命价值进行量化,提出未成年人生命价值动态计算模型。研究发现,年龄、受教育程度、健康状况及监护人收入与未成年人生命价值正相关,其中受教育程度对未成年人生命价值的影响远大于健康状况,且6岁和18岁是未成年人生命价值的跳跃点。

The value of life has always been a hot research in academic. The scholars have always focus on the value of adults, but pay very little attention to minors. This paper studies the value of actual minors in economic perspective, uses human capital and input-output method to quantify the value of minors. It finds that the value of minors is related by age, educational level, health condition and income of guardian, and impact of educational level is much larger than the health, year-old and 18-year-old are the inflection point in the value of minors.
