Based on the background of the rapid economic development, changes in economic structure, repositioning of regional development, using the data of Beijing Statistical Yearbook, the paper analyzes the evolution processes of the industrial structure, the ownership structure, the urban and rural structure of employment, and the cause of the evolution processes of employment of urban functional areas.The main conclusions are as follows: there is significant deviation between employment structure and industrial structure;non-public sector is the important channel for solving the employment problem;the rapid development of urbanization doesn't completely contact with non-agricultural employment;industrial distributions of urban functional areas need to coordinate with labor distributions;human capital advantage is the booster of promotion of employment structure of Beijing.
