人力资本空间集聚对区域经济增长的效应分析—以山东省为例

摘要：

本文基于人力资本外部性模型, 运用SPSS11.5和Eviews5.0软件对山东省人力资本空间集聚和区域的经济增长进行相关计量分析。研究发现:人力资本空间集聚与区域的经济增长严格正相关;人力资本具有明显的外部性和较高的产出弹性。因此, 文章提出了优化人力资本空间结构, 促进其合理集聚以强化对区域经济发展支撑作用的相关建议。

Based on the model of human capital externalities, this paper made a quantitative and econometric analysis of the correlation of the spatial concentration of human capital and the regional economic growth with the help of SPSS11. 5 and Eviews5. 0. We found that there is a strictly positive correlation between spatial concentration of human capital and regional economic growth, human capital has obvious externality and higher output elasticity. Therefore, the paper put up some relevant suggestions to optimize the spatial structure of human capital, to promote a reasonable concentration of human capital and to support the regional economic development.
