城市化进程中失地农民就业评价体系研究

摘要：

本文从失地农民个人因素、社会因素、制度因素和市场因素四个维度构建影响失地农民就业的综合评价指标体系, 并结合德尔菲法和层次分析法来确定各项指标权重, 计算结果通过了一致性检验。本文研究发现, 获得就业信息渠道是影响失地农民就业的最主要因素, 其次是失地农民的社会保障、城乡二元结构和失地农民自身的技能专长等因素。

A comprehensive unemployment evaluation indicator system of landless farmers is established in the paper.This indicator system covers farmer's individual factors, social factors, system factors and market factors.Weight of each index is calculated according to Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, the result have passed consistency check.The research shows that the main impacting factor on employment of landless farmers is the channel by which they can get employment information, other impacting factors include farmers' social security, the urban-rural dual structure and skills the farmers obtained.
