我国灵活就业形成发展的经济学分析

摘要：

文章采用理论和实证结合的研究方法,从经济学视角分析灵活就业的产生和发展,揭示我国灵活就业形成发展的规律性,并提出灵活就业政策应根据社会生产力发展水平科学定位。研究结果有助于灵活就业理论的发展和应用。

The art icle focuses on the analysis of the generation and development of flexible employment from an economic angle by putting theory and practice together, revealing the developing law of flexible employment. At the same time, it also claims that flexible employment policies should be based on the level of development of social productive forces and should be posit ioned scientifically. The study results will contribute to the development and applicat ion of flexible employment theory.
