我国省级拔尖人才特征结构研究—基于"黑龙江省青年科技奖"获奖者的实证分析

摘要：

在论述拔尖人才内涵与拔尖人才的特征结构的基础上,以"黑龙江省青年科技奖"获奖者为研究对象,对我国省级拔尖人才特征结构作实证分析,进而总结出我国省级拔尖人才特征存在的问题,并提出加强我国省级拔尖人才特征的对策。

An empirical analysis on characteristics structure of first-class qualified talents at province level in China is made in this paper, based on the definition and character structure of first-class qualified personnel and taking winners of Science and Technology Award for Youth of Heilongjiang Province as study subject, which indicates the defaults of characteristics of firs-t class qualified personnel at province level, and at the end of the paper strategies aiming at strengthening character of qualified personnel are put forward.
