我国人口流动对区域经济增长收敛效应的影响

摘要：

人口流动对我国地区间收敛效应的影响很大, 1978~1987年期间的人口流动降低了全国、东部和西部地区经济增长的收敛速度, 从而扩大了这些地区的内部差距, 但加快了中部地区的收敛速度, 从而缩小了中部地区的内部差距;但在1996~2003年期间, 我国的人口流动加快了全国、中部和西部地区经济增长的发散速度, 并加剧了这些地区差距扩大的事实, 但却降低了东部地区的发散速度, 从而减缓了东部地区内部差距扩大的趋势。

Population mobility has great impact on interregional convergence effect in China. Between 1978 and 1987 population mobility decreased the overall economic development convergence rate and that in eastern and western regions of China, thus enlarging the interior gap between these regions. Meanwhile it expedited the convergence rate in central China, which reduced the interior gap in these areas. However, between 1996 and 2003, population mobility increased the overall divergence rate of economic development in China, especially in middle and western regions, enlarged the gap in these areas, but at the same time decreased the divergence rate in east China, thus easing the trend of expanding interior gap.
