Employment discrimination to migrant rural workers mainly demonstrates in the following areas:employment opportunity, wages and employment security. The discrimination undermined the economic foundation of social security for migrant rural workers, aggravated the burden of social security in rural areas, held up the labor force investment of migrant workers, thus bringing negative impact on the construction of social security system for these workers. It is proposed in this paper the government should eliminate employment discrimination, decrease the criteria for access to the social security and increase investment to the social security system for migrant workers to solve this problem.
