比利时失业保险体系及其运行

摘要：

本文通过对比利时失业保险体系的研究,从一个新的视角总结其经验得失,力图为中国失业保险体系的改革提供参考意见。本文主要介绍两个方面的内容:一是比利时失业保险体系的项目设计,按照传统项目和新项目的方法进行分类介绍。二是比利时失业保险体系的管理机构及其运行机制,介绍了参与比利时失业保险运行的各个机构的职能和运作流程及其主要特点。

This article studies Belgium's unemployment insurance system and summarizes its positive and negative experiences through a new perspective, in order to provide reference for reforming the Chinese unemployment insurance system. This article focus on two issues, first, the article presents a summary of the layout design of Belgium's unemployment insurance system which be classified in accordance with a traditional layout and a modern layout methodology approach. And second, the article presents a summary of the administration framework of the Belgian unemployment insurance system and the mode of its operation. The article describes the functions of various structures taking part in the operation of the Belgian unemployment insurance system, their characteristic, as well as their operation flow.
