对90年代回流农村劳动力创业行为的实证研究

摘要：

本文以90年代安徽省农村劳动力由城市打工后返回本地创业的193个个案调查为基础,对农村劳动力从外出打工到回乡创业的-般规律进行了实证分析,从动机、资源、资本等多角度阐明了外出打工与回乡创业之间的内在联系,探讨了回流农村劳动力的创业"机理",提出不发达地区政府应鼓励和支持有-定打工积累的外出农民回乡创业,以推动本地区的经济发展。

Based on an empirical study on self-business behavior of 193 return rural labors, this paper explores the general rule from rural youth out-migration to return migration for self-business. Considering motivation, resources and capital, the paper illustrates the inherent relationship between rural youth out-migration and return migration for self-business, explores the mechanisms of return rural migrants for self-business, and proposes that local governments in less developed areas should encourage and support experienced rural out-mi-grants to come back for self-business, therefore to strengthen local economic base.
