在城农民工留城倾向影响因素分析

摘要：

本文依据 2000年对成都市农民工的调查,在微观层面上分析了影响农村外出务工者留城的若干因素。研究发现,经济因素的作用并没有显示出统计意义,而社会心理因素 (比如对城市的认同和对土地的态度)则能够给出比较合理的解释。教育程度会影响留城决策,但是其关系并不是线性的。配偶是居住在城市还是农村也会产生影响,但是父母和子女的影响则较模糊。

Based on the data from the 2000 Chengdu Peasant Migrant Survey, this paper tests some factors which might influence peasant migrantps decision of remaining in the city. The results show that 1) socia-l psychological factor has significant impacts on the decision-making while economic factor does not;2) Education factor also has significant impacts but its relationship with the decision making is not linear;3) the spouseps residence place (either in urban areas or in rural areas) has a signif icant effects while the effects of the res-i dence place of parents and children are weak and unclear.
