中国产业结构与就业结构的变化

摘要：

本文分析了中国的产业结构和就业结构的变动过程,提出了产业结构和就业结构还处于发展型阶段,第三产业国内生产总值比重和劳动力比重过低,传统的产业结构已无法适应市场经济和知识经济的需要,产业结构应协调发展,形成合理的规模和结构,以推动经济的持续发展。

This paper analyzes the process of changes in industrial and employment structures of China, and points out that the industrial and employment structures in China are still at the developing stage. The percentages of GDP and employees in tertiary industry is too low. The traditional industrial structure does not meet the demands of market economy and knowledge economy. To adjust the industrial structure will promote the continued economy development.
