Based on the data from the questionnaire survey, this paper illustrates the importance of education to promote female quality and their competitive ability, to enhance employment strata, and to increase their income. Further, the paper explores the gender discrimination against woment in employment. The data from the survey show that female's employment sense, the attitudes and the ways to obtain employment, the control of labor force supplying, the level of occupation shift, and the judge of and the expectation on the self social status are related to women's education.
