"Time-saving" of supporting the old has received increased attention in recent years.This paper explains the meaning of "time-saving" and points out the current problem about it.From the views of economics and sociology, the authors examine the social utility of "time-saving", the difficulties "time-saving" is facing, and its meaning for building cultural system.This paper concludes that further consideration and demonstrability of "time-saving" are necessary.The authors suggest pre-application of "time-saving" in some areas, then to prove the own value.
